Terms of Use

The 2A Bank is operated by BELMAR RADIOLOGY LIMITED, company number 17047911, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. Contact: belmar.radiology@gmail.com.

The 2A Bank is an independent educational FRCR 2A revision platform.

• Users must provide accurate information.
• Each account is personal to one candidate.
• Accounts cannot be transferred or shared.
• Login credentials must be protected.
• Suspected account compromise must be reported.
• Registration does not guarantee approval.
• We may refuse or suspend access for legitimate security, misuse or legal reasons.

• The platform is currently undergoing controlled beta testing.
• Access may require individual approval.
• Beta access may be provided free of charge.
• Features, presentation and content may change during testing.
• Questions may be corrected, updated or retired.
• Reasonable faults and interruptions may occur.
• Candidates are encouraged to report problems.
• Beta participation does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.
• Statutory rights are not excluded.

• Complimentary access may be time-limited.
• Complimentary access has no cash value.
• It cannot be sold or transferred.
• It does not create a right to permanent access.
• Candidate access facilitated through an Academy remains individual candidate access.
• It does not create an institutional licence.
• It does not transfer ownership or reproduction rights to the Academy.
• It does not imply Academy endorsement, partnership or control.
• Reasonable notice should be given before withdrawing complimentary access, except where urgent security or misuse concerns apply.

• Paid access is sold as one-off, fixed-term products (currently 30, 90 and 180 days).
• Paid access begins and expires on the dates displayed before purchase.
• There is no automatic renewal. Customers must manually purchase another period after expiry.
• The price, currency, duration, start date and expiry date are shown before payment.
• Orders are processed by Stripe. For UK customers, Belmar Radiology Ltd is the merchant of record and Stripe acts as payment processor. For customers outside the UK, Stripe acts as the merchant of record under its Managed Payments programme, collects applicable taxes and issues the invoice on our behalf. The 2A Bank does not receive or store your full card details. Purchases made before this policy took effect were processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record; those historical transactions remain governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.
• Paid-access cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• Paid users retain all applicable statutory rights.

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use The 2A Bank for individual educational revision.

Reasonable personal study notes are permitted. No institutional, teaching, publication or commercial licence is granted.

• Account sharing.
• Transferring access.
• Bulk copying.
• Systematic screenshots.
• Photographing or recording substantial question content.
• Scraping.
• Automated extraction.
• Database reconstruction.
• Dataset creation.
• Using content to train or fine-tune AI models.
• Uploading substantial content to external AI systems.
• Republishing questions or explanations.
• Distributing secure mock material.
• Commercial resale.
• Teaching or institutional reuse without written permission.
• Bypassing access or security controls.
• Attempting to identify unpublished or inactive mock content.
• Interfering with service operation.
• Using MCP or another endpoint to extract the question bank.

Except for identified third-party materials, all intellectual-property rights in original materials created for The 2A Bank are owned by or lawfully licensed to BELMAR RADIOLOGY LIMITED. All rights are reserved.

Protected material includes, where applicable:

• Original question wording
• Answer options
• Explanations
• Learning points
• Key discriminators
• Common pitfalls
• Mock-paper selection
• Mock-paper sequencing
• Secure mock composition
• Classifications and taxonomies
• Database selection and arrangement
• Original graphics
• Documents
• Website copy
• Software presentation
• Workflows
• Original reports and analytical outputs

No ownership rights are transferred by registration, payment, access, beta participation, teaching, testing or feedback. No ownership rights are transferred to candidates, faculty, the Academy, a deanery, an NHS trust, an employer or another institution. Candidate access provided through an Academy remains personal access only. No Academy, deanery, NHS organisation or other institution receives a right to reproduce, distribute, adapt, publish, teach from, sublicense or commercially exploit the platform without a separate written agreement signed by BELMAR RADIOLOGY LIMITED. Testing or feedback does not create joint authorship, joint ownership, partnership, agency or co-development status. Cited guidelines, journal articles, publications and third-party trademarks remain their owners' property. Open-source and licensed software remains governed by its applicable licence. Citing or linking to a source does not claim ownership of that source. We claim rights only in original expression, selection, arrangement and other protectable material owned by or licensed to us.

• You retain ownership of original material you submit.
• You grant BELMAR RADIOLOGY LIMITED a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, analyse and incorporate non-confidential feedback, corrections and product suggestions for operating and improving The 2A Bank.
• The licence does not authorise public identification of you or disclosure of your personal information.
• Feedback does not make you or your institution an owner, partner, author or co-developer.
• You must not submit material you do not have the right to provide.
• You must not submit identifiable patient information.

• The 2A Bank is independently developed, owned and operated by BELMAR RADIOLOGY LIMITED.
• The West Midlands Radiology Academy, any deanery, NHS organisation and the Royal College of Radiologists do not own or control The 2A Bank merely because candidates or faculty test, use or discuss it.
• Academy-facilitated testing does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.
• It does not confer institutional reproduction or distribution rights.
• It does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship.
• It does not imply endorsement unless a separate written statement expressly confirms endorsement.
• Any future institutional licence or collaboration must be recorded in a separate written agreement signed by authorised representatives.

• The 2A Bank is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by the Royal College of Radiologists.
• It does not reproduce or claim to reproduce official examination questions.
• Content is for educational revision.
• It is not clinical advice.
• It is not a substitute for official guidance, local policy or professional judgement.
• Examination success is not guaranteed.
• Evidence and guidance may change.
• Errors or reasonable differences in interpretation may occur.
• Candidates can report concerns for review.

• The integrated Explain my answer feature and the optional external AI assistant connection are both optional educational support.
• AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect.
• The approved keyed answer remains the answer used for scoring unless the question is subsequently amended through the editorial process.
• A “possible question issue” flag surfaced by the AI does not automatically change the keyed answer.
• Candidates should report suspected errors so they can be reviewed.
• AI explanations must not be relied on for patient care, diagnosis or clinical decision-making.
• Availability, provider, model and usage limits may change.
• AI functionality may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, safety or cost control.
• Attempts to automate extraction, scrape questions, evade usage limits, or obtain unreleased mock material are prohibited.
• For the optional external connector: candidates connect their own external service, the external provider has separate terms and privacy practices, and The 2A Bank supplies only limited approved data and does not control the external model's output.
• Candidates must not use any AI feature to reproduce or extract the question bank.

We may carry out reasonable maintenance, security updates, content corrections, feature changes, question retirement and temporary downtime. We do not promise continuous, uninterrupted or error-free availability.

For paid users, remedies required by law where the service is materially faulty or unavailable are preserved.

We may impose proportionate suspension for account sharing, content theft, scraping, fraud, security abuse, serious or repeated breach, or legal requirements. Reasonable notice will be given where appropriate, except for urgent security, fraud or legal concerns.

We do not exclude:

• Liability that cannot legally be excluded.
• Statutory consumer rights.
• Liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
• Any other non-excludable liability.

We do not guarantee: examination success; uninterrupted availability; that every question is error-free; or the accuracy of external AI-generated output.

• Candidates may request account closure.
• Ordinary learning data will be deleted or anonymised as stated in the Privacy Notice.
• Necessary security, legal, payment or dispute records may be retained.
• Closing The 2A Bank does not delete information already received by a candidate-authorised external AI provider.

These Terms are governed by England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer's country.
